okay so i have been working out pretty much every day. but i still weigh the same. Lets see im 20 yrs ancient and i weigh 150. i am pretty muscular i estimate. but its any i want to lose weight or keep it and get really toned. i want to know what i should be eating, because when i only eat a small bit i get extremely hungry. i want to know what should i be eating to look like a female bodybuilder? i want to get really toned. thank you if you can answer it for me!
