My boyfriend and i have been dating for a while. I am a female bodybuilder and i am always building my muscles. He likes it too, which is why i love him so much cuz most men wont want a woman stronger than they are.

But there is one problem. I think im getting too strong for him. When we have sex, i tend to exert myself too much and i cracked some of his ribs one time. Then the other time i got too excited and squeezed my @** together and ended up hurting his package a little. How can i avoid these things?

And why? Also, Is a Pomeranian a good dog for me? I’m 6’0 200lb a bodybuilder, I’m very active I like to run, and take VERY long walks (across the city of Toronto).
Also, I don’t have any younger siblings just two older sisters and my parents. And if it matters I’m going to college in September.
Also near the days/months of it’s death if it’s going to die of old age, will it still be active or will it just sit around.
I dont’ want to take my pom out for running, I want it as a house pet.

If I eat clean and perform cardio & weight training will my body definitely become lean like a bodybuilder?

I’m female, 21 yrs old, 5ft, 116 lbs

I’m very educated in eating clean, cardio, and weight training to burn fat and build muscle. I know how it’s done, but I’ve never done it consistently… which is key.

But I’m ready now. I recently hit a low point, and I feel inside like I’m about to really commit to this and change my lifestyle.

If I eat clean & perform cardio and weight training, will my body definitely burn fat and build muscle? Given my stats, how long should it take to start to see results and then to see significant results?

Actually… I know the answers. I just need to start… now.
