I’m in training for the fire department, and one of my trainers is a ex- bodybuilder. She’s fantastic, and has a terrific attitude and a fantastic quantity of patience with me. After looking at the picture of her on the affair card she gave me, I chose to look online at other pictures of female bodybuilders as sort of a motivational boost – if they can be that strong, I can do this – but every single last female bodybuilder that I’ve found online looks like they’re posing for a porn flick, and their websites look like porn sites. They’re half-naked, fully nude, some of them looking like the camera caught them in the midst of an orgasm.
What’s the deal?
Bodybuilding for women is a tough sport. It takes a lot of dedication and discipline, which surprisingly a lot of people don’t have. I got started in this sport because my life turned mundane. I was doing the same thing day in and day out. I questioned for myself, “is this all to life?” It seemed like my life turned into one huge routine. When I chose to do bodybuilding for women it gave me a purpose. I have a hard challenge to reach and this gave my life something different. I was constantly working hard to figure out what needed to be done.
The diet is what makes or breaks a person. Bodybuilding for females requires a very strong diet. It has to be much better than the diet of men, who can rely more on their testosterone to build muscle. We only have so many things we can take benefit of and diet is a huge one. I reflect the best thing you can do to dodge any sort of slip ups or cheating is to have a detailed plot. Really have written out in advance what you’re going to eat and when you’re going to eat it. You’re less likely to cheat when you just have a simple plot to follow.
Her face is pretty but is that still too much muscle?
